Every day in all of May, there will be a post with the suggestion for activity of the day. It serves as inspiration for how you can participate in making May healthy - but it's not all about gymnastics and push-ups!

If you feel like it, you can create an internal competition at the office, in the classroom, or at home and see who completes the most activities.
Print out the competition sheet, hang it up, write the names of participants at the top, and mark with an X or cross out the box when you've completed the day's activity. Count at the end of the month and find your own winner.
Download the competition sheet right away - then you'll be ready for Wednesday!
