Organisation of a course for lifestyle professionals in the Kujataa Health Region

Lifestyle health professionals throughout the country are taught annually by Steno Diabetes Center Greenland.

In September Steno Diabetes Center Greenland held a course for healthcare professionals from Qaqortoq, Narsaq, Narsarsuaq and Nanortalik.

In addition, health workers from rural areas of the Kujataa Health Region also participated; Arsuk, Igaliku, Eqalugaarsuit, Saarloq, Ammassivik, Narsarmijit, Tasiusaq and Qassiarsuk.

Participants were trained in the treatment of diabetes, hypertension, COPD and telemedicine.
